GoogleThe team at Hillier Wilson were excellent in helping us purchase our bungalow, we had an extra time constraint of a new baby due any day which added to the stress of moving, as well as solicitors that were not particularly helpful. Ed, Rob and Cathy went above and beyond to keep us updated and chase all parties involved to help us complete on the property as quickly as possible. Thank you all so much!

We were so impressed from our initial contact with Rob who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and supported us by giving us sound advice as how to proceed with the sale. Our home was on the market without any delay, and it was sold within 24 hours. We achieved the full asking price from more than one interested party. GoogleI couldn’t recommend Ed and the team at Hillier Wilson any more. Having recently sold our house through Hillier Wilson, the service throughout has been first class. Valuations were spot on and not unrealistic, viewings were well organised / vetted to a high standard prior and not once did we feel in the dark around what was going on during the sale. Where the normal issues associated with moving a house arrived, they were managed exceptionally well and efficiently by Ed and the team. A refreshingly honest, professional approach - you will not regret using their services if you are thinking of buying or selling!

GoogleHistorically the estate agent is always seen as the worse part of the moving procedure; untrustworthy, only in it for the commission etc., etc. This couldn't be further from the truth for these guys. They have been exceptional, exemplary even. If it weren't for Hillier Wilson (and in particular Ed Hurren) our recent move might not have happened, and certainly wouldn't have been as smooth as it was. Nothing was too much and I'm sure they went above and beyond the role of the normal estate agent. We bought through them so can't comment on the sale side of things, but I would expect the level of service would be just as great. I even was presented with four bottles of my favourite cider, which I'm sure was to butter me up for a positive review... and it worked. Genuine and friendly guys with customer service at the heart of their business. Highly commendable and recommended. Thanks to Ed, Rob and the team.
