Callum is the BEST advisor, negotiator and helper in the world... I have dealt with so many agents and he is by FAR the best. He cares, he shows you options and TELLS YOU TRUTH, which is rare in some other unnamed agencies I have worked with. Callum was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was so accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and always incredibly quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. I highly recommend Callum at Your Move in Broadstairs, what an asset to the company he is. He keeps u informed all the time, although we have not finished everything yet, when he told me he had to handover to another person in Your Move I was gutted to not be dealing with him throughout the whole process but he still gave me the reassurance that he would be still keeping an eye on it all to make it all go smoothly for us. Callum is so professional and so enthusiastic about your property when selling, and just made everything so easy and simple. No phone call or email was a problem (I emailed and called a lot - sorry), Communication all the way with you is 5*. Thank you Callum again, you’re a star. Thank you to all of you at the Broadstairs branch, so friendly and accommodating who ever you speak to, (Joe for doing the photos and then redoing them as wanted to change them after- sorry, and Abbie too for listening and helping too) look forward to hopefully exchange and completing in the near future. I chose Your Move to sell my property based on their average sale times, % of asking price achieved and reasonable fees. I personally dealt with Joe and Callum who were both polite and excellent at communicating throughout. Callum in particular has been fantastic at pushing the sale through and communicating with the solicitors and purchaser. In early emails, Matt's responsive and clear approach made the decision to go with them an obvious one. Once we'd accepted an offer, Callum's proactive and friendly support made sure we overcame the many hurdles solicitors threw in the path of the sale - I can't praise his work and attitude enough. Having had my house valued by several local Estate Agents I was very pleased when, “Your Move” valued my property significantly above the competition. My thoughts were, that price will never happen, but I will give it a try. I was preparing for a long wait. To my astonishment before the house had officially been put on the market they had found me a buyer. Once the sale was agreed we did have a long period of waiting due to the IT difficulties our chosen solicitor was having but I was really impressed by how hard, “Your Move,” worked to keep the deal alive, keeping all sides happy and patient.
