GoogleLovely people in this office but, unfortunately Your Move have recently moved to a centralised system where their utterly incompetent office in Southampton manage contracts, payments, terminations and deposits. I'd advise avoiding like the plague if you ever want to get anything done or get your deposit back. I've been waiting a month already when the deadline is supposed to be 10 days!

GoogleThey booked a viewing with me. Made me come from work in Canterbury to Broadstairs, as I had a viewing. Right after that, they cancelled the viewing 2 minutes after the booked hour, while I was waiting there, saying the house was already taken.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
