Miles & Barr have been my letting agent for the last 3 properties I have rented.. they've been great.. have always gone over and above to help me find new properties to rent.. and if there has been a maintenence problem at my home they've always been responsive and liased with my landlord appropriately. I have a property check every 6 months which is abit more often than most letting agents, but they are always flexible when arranging it around my work hours. Absolutely recommended 10/10

GoogleMet Dan Woodward in the Broadstairs branch. He was polite, professional and very helpful with regards to knowledge on the area. Highly recommend going through this branch of Miles & Barr. I have had emails of properties regularly and everyone has been courteous. Very pleased with the service and hopefully will be able to find a property through them soon.

GoogleI have been genuinely impressed by the team at Miles and Barr. They have shown themselves to be responsive , caring , helpful and efficient at all times. I have particular praise for Dasha who mans the phones and Donna , the liaison link , who did all the things that the solicitor should do with more speed and less fuss. Well done and thank you

From day 1 we were permanently having to chase them to get things right. The photography was terrible and even after a second attempt the photographs did not do the property justice. After threatening to cancel our contract they eventually sent a decent photographer. Incorrect details of the lease were posted. We went into their office many times to get errors corrected each time wasting valuable weeks trying to sell. On their recommendation we furnished and dressed our property but when advised they didn't even bother to view it. We submitted our own photographs which again wasted another week of them getting them posted correctly on the selling sites. GO ELSEWHERE!

Miles and Barr were excellent throughout our difficult prolonged sale. professional and friendly, but most importantly they kept us updated all throughout and turned what could have been a traumatic process into a rather good one. Special shout out to Louise Daly who held our hands all the way!

The worst customer service ever. Lazy and incompetent. Tried to sign us up for 2 weeks just to realise my name was not even on the system but somehow was only my partners name and phone number. Could not get anything done for 2 weeks but when my friend called- local business owner with nice English accent- got 2 viewings in 2 days.Not only failed to inform us about canceled viewing ( that was confirmed by phone call the day before) but also could not keep the word of informing about upcoming properties. Called to book a viewing only to find out that the maximum viewing have been booked, although I was promised to be first one to know if anything suitable would come up.

And still Miles and Bar let the drug dealing go on in the property they are meant to manage, they have now been reported for aiding drug dealers ,, they just turn a blind eye to the drug dealers at number 4 shorncliffe road folkestone.. the other residents have had enough.

Google1st class service with really friendly and professional staff. Sarah managed to give us an accompanied viewing of a property at short notice and on a Sunday which meant we have been able to get an offer accepted really quickly which we are delighted with. Would certainly use again, though hopefully no need for a few years as we look forward to our new home.

Absolutly apauling. Don't trust a word miles and bar say.Badly advised into I am sold auction through them. Told it would achieve over the asking price. They'll be 20 bidder. Miles and bar and Auctioneers lied . Didn't even get to auction just insulting offers and pressure to accept. Cancelled after it was a flop. But auctioneer and miles and bar arguing as to who's fault it was that it rolled into another month. But no resolution. Then recieved terms of cancellation. I can't believe these are legal. If viewer or ancestor , girl friends boyfriends or distant relative try to buy within 12 months they will rip seller off for 4.25% of the value sold. But privacy laws mean there is no posible way to check if a buyer falls into there terms.
