Thank You Team Aylsham. We gave up hope of selling our house. Used other local agents. We had nothing but time wasters. Our house being shared ownership is more difficult to sell. Then we put the house with Chris and his team. We finally sold within a few weeks. We also found our dream house through William H Brown. The staff have been amazing. Miranda the after sales lady. She has gone above and beyond. As my buyers chain has been quite complex. She has kept us informed. We finally Exchanged Contracts. And move next week. We cannot thank you enough. We have just moved into our new home having purchased through William H Brown at Aylsham. From start to finish, the whole team have been fantastic! Starting with Will who we first met when we visited Aylsham earlier in the year and we popped into the office to give our details. Then Emerson who showed us round the property. Finally the marvellous Miranda who kept everything moving along and was always so prompt in getting back to us. When things got a bit sticky at the end with exchange and completion, Miranda was on it and Will too!! We were so pleased with everything and would highly recommend the team at Aylsham. They are all lovely and very good at what they do!!

We recently bought a house via William H Brown. We viewed lots of houses with Emerson who was patient with us and had lots of thoughtful of insights. He never rushed us or pushed us and didn't try and encourage us towards more expensive properties as the houses we viewed varied in price. Emerson was always easy to contact and he was flexible and patient letting us re-visit properties for measurements and to visit with tradesmen before moving in. When solicitors were slow, William H Brown helped us by contacting the sellers solicitors to follow things up for us. They called us to congratulate us on day of exchange and on day of completion we collected our keys from William H Brown. We had great service and would recommend them.

The circumstances were tricky at times because of my mothers' age, the inevitable stress of leaving a home that she had lived in for 50 years, and some of the complications of selling an old property. I was the winning bidder for the…

I was the winning bidder for the property and, following the auction which ibs iamsold I was taking steps to arrange the required mortgage documentation and obtain my Agreement in Principle (AIP). There was initially some delay because I later became aware that the relevant person was away on holiday. Importantly, the auctioneer instructed me by telephone to wait until I had obtained my AIP before paying the Reservation Fee. I relied on this instruction and understood that I was following the process as advised by the auctioneer. At no point was I informed that my winning bid had been cancelled and was sold .I only became aware of this when I followed up with the agent yesterday and was told that the property had already been offered to the second bidder. I am therefore concerned that the property was offered to another bidder without giving me any prior notice or opportunity to proceed, particularly when I had been following the auctioneer’s specific instruction regarding the Reservation Fee. I acted in good faith throughout the process and relied on the information and instructions provided to me by the auctioneer. I did not withdraw my bid or indicate that I was unwilling or unable to proceed. I feel really frustrated about this , no proper communication.
