GoogleI recently used Boyce to sell my property. After getting a few different estate agents round to view the property, Boyce were the clear stand out option. It took 1 day from the initial visit to having the photos and video taken (very professionally by Will), no waiting around for a third party to come and take them. From start to finish, Will/Kit/Tilly and the whole team were amazing, keeping me fully updated the whole way through the sale. The whole Boyce Brixham team are so friendly and helpful, I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you all again!

GoogleBrilliant service from a local Estate Agency. I mostly dealt with Avril who worked tirelessly chasing up Solicitors and any issues that cropped up. But the whole team, Will, Janet, and many others were fantastic too, the whole process from viewing to completing was less than two months!

GoogleWe purchased our property from Boyce back in 2018 and have subsequently sold with them recently. The process has been seamless. The team we have dealt with from the office (Ben, Avril, Tilly and Kit) have been exceptional. Communication and service have been without fault. GoogleThe staff here are incredible. If customer service is important to you as it is to me then use them, they always answer the phone and return calls promptly. If they say they will find out information and get back to you they do. I have sold with them before and if I ever have to I will use them again. Tilly, Kit, Avril and the rest of the team are just lovely to work with. Highly recommend.

GoogleOnly giving 1 star because they picked the phone up. Absolutely disgusting customer service, we just called them with a couple of health issues we have and the lady on the phone just said " we cant help you " in a snooty manner then hung up on my partner. Way to go Boyce.

GoogleWe recently used Boyce Brixham to sell our house for us and we can't praise them enough. From the first time we met Will Litherland, the Company and Sales Director, we knew he was the person for us! He was obviously very knowledgeable about the area, as well as houses, their value and their potential. Like all the staff at Boyces he is friendly, positive, cheerful and helpful. He has a great ability to put a positive slant on everything, even when things are looking a little difficult. Will has great acumen and used this to steer the transaction to a very successful conclusion. He took the photographs himself and they were really beautiful, showing our house at its best. He and all of the lovely team managed all the people and the processes involved outstandingly well, frequently going beyond the call of duty and we would recommend these Estate Agents 100%.
