GoogleThe sale of my house took some time during a difficult period in the housing market. However, when Boyce Brixham did find me a buyer - the sale went through in just 6 weeks! All of the team have been involved at one stage or another and everyone has been really helpful - particularly Susanne who put up with my frustrations on a number of occasions! I’d like to thank the whole team at Boyce Brixham - well done everyone!

Throughout the whole process of buying our house she has been extremely proactive and happy to assist with any queries or issues we have had. The sale went through smoothly and without stress thanks to Avril's assistance. Her help has also not ended with the sale, rather she continues to be of support which we really appreciate not being from the area. We definitely recommended Boyce Brixham.

GoogleWe recently completed a property sale through Boyce, and overall our experience was generally positive. The initial stages, from valuation through to marketing, were handled well. However, we felt that follow‑up with potential buyers could have been more thorough. The main concern arose during the final stages of the sale. When we raised questions about progress or sought clarity on the buyer’s actions, the responses we received often felt defensive rather than supportive. This created a level of discomfort; my wife chose to step back from communications at that point, and I took over the remaining discussions, only to encounter similar issues. At one stage, I felt it necessary to ask the agent directly whether they were acting on our behalf or on the buyer’s. Although the sale did complete successfully, the handling of this final phase did not feel appropriate and detracted from what had otherwise been a good experience.

GoogleBoyce were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Ben photographed and marketed the property in a sleek and modern way, via web and brochure. They are proactive in the market and viewings were arranged swiftly and professionally. Queries were always answered promptly and accurately, and Avril in the office was always on hand if anything arose. Many thanks, and will gladly use again in the future.

GoogleWe bought our own property here in Brixham 18 months ago through Boyce and were very impressed with the calm competent professionalism of Ben and the team. In the last week we have worked with the lettings team at Boyce - Nicola in particular - in sorting out a property for our elderly mum to rent and move into. Nicola and the team were outstanding - great communication, superbly competent, and made the whole process so smooth and reassuring, We recommend Boyce very highly for anyone wanting to buy, sell or rent in the area. Outstanding!

GoogleWill and Alice and of course special mention to Avril, they really could not have been more helpful throughout our sale and with our purchase in Buckingham. We had some ups and downs but help was always at hand to sort out any problems, just what you need from your estate agent but do not always get. The rest of the Boyce team were also all brilliant, could not recommend this estate agent enough! Our house here in Brixham is Grade II listed, so not the most straightforward of properties to sell. I can't praise the team enough - all brilliant but especially Tilly and Avril who worked consistently hard over a 4 month period to coordinate the chain and make sure things kept moving in a timely way. FacebookWe would HIGHLY recommend using Boyce Brixham if you are considering selling your house. We bought off them ten years ago and this year needed to sell up due to family health reasons. The whole team at Boyce Brixham have been so supportive over the last 8 months. Throughout the whole time Avril and the team have been pushing and communicating with all involved in our chain to ensure our move happened. They’ve shared many ups and downs with us along the way, but we were assured throughout that we were in safe hands. After a VERY long year we are moving into our new property this week to start our new life. Thanks to each and everyone of you who helped make this happen, you’re amazing!!! GoogleWe have been so lucky to get in with this letting agent, they made our move from lincolnshire to brixham so pleasant, did all the work in such quick time with the landlord & here we are ❤️ We had a leak under the sink 4 months into our tenancy……. It took less than 2 hours for a plumber to come round after we reported the issue…. NEVER would this happen with any other letting agency. MASSIVE thanks to Nicola, she knows why 👍

GoogleBoyce sold our house and didn't put a foot wrong. With so many frustrating obstacles and delays with house sale, it's great that this agent was so helpful. From the valuation to listing and superb video-to the showings and 'progression' each member played their part-liasing carefully with the others along the way.
