A complicated situation resulted with us using dual agency where a rival agent "sold" our home only to discover their loyalty was with the dishonest "buyer" and not us. This caused us our re-marketing the house with Taylors who took our situation and priorities seriously and sympathetically. A couple of quick viewings and a offer was professionally deallt with by Katie and Lisa. Communication and professionalism has been paramount and I wouldn't hesitate to use the agency again.
