Jamie-Lauren Du Toit, portfolio manager, is quick to let me know what’s going on at the house which needs my involvement and very responsive once I’ve made a decision. All smooth so far! James and Gerald in the Downend Lettings team are also most helpful and supportive when my tenants need local and urgent assistance.
