GoogleIf you are a seller, don't go with these people. They don't want to actually sell your property. They do not respond to emails when I ask for further information, so clearly do not want to actually sell your property. They are incredibly rude and patronising. I am looking for a quick buy (which I think most sellers would like), but they told me a chain free property would take longer than 4 months for the conveyancing and can never be less than that. This is factually wrong. They gave me no incentive to buy a flat I was genuinely interested in. Avoid like the plague.

We used ocean estate agents and solicitors for the purchase of our flat in Bristol. We would not recommend them at all. We were assured that by using ocean solicitors communication would be easier but if anything it was a hindrance as they played each other off against themselves, with us in the middle. About 80% of documents we received had errors in, including our names (several times), purchase price, amounts owed etc. We never got an update without chasing and important documents weren’t shared with us unless we asked to see them.We were given incorrect information by the estate agents upon our initial viewing, which was then repeatedly confirmed by them despite legal documents stating otherwise. This had a big impact on the buying process from our side.Our experience was one of poor communication, constant mistakes and lack of professionalism.

I have recently purchased my first property. Kelly and her team have been phenomenal throughout the whole process. At a very stressful time, I have felt totally supported throughout and couldn't have asked for better communication. They have managed to complete in just 9 weeks, which has been fantastic. Service when picking up keys was not very welcoming. Asked in a very blunt way if I had the cash for appliances we were buying. Was not very friendly at this point. There was no congrats in buying the property. (Didn't feel special). At the start they were very friendly, but did not like the end when picking up the keys.
