Such friendly service!

From start to finish Kyra has been absolutely amazing. When viewing the property, she had such a friendly welcoming and enthusiastic attitude and such a bright smile on her face. After viewing the property. Kyra was on top form with sending through our application forms & also rapid with any concerns we had regarding the property making sure that anything was resolved and anything unsure about she would instantly forward us to Keith, who was also superb. All in all, a big thank you to Kyra & the rest of the ocean team for being such a great help - couldn’t fault any of you :) what an amazing start to the new year.

I recently found an apartment with Ocean Estate Agents and was very well assisted by Amelia. I'm from France, on my own, and this is the first time I've moved to another country.Amelia was very responsive and was with me from start to finish. She always responded very kindly to all my questions and calls. I think I was one of the most demanding people for her. But she never made me feel it. Especially with the language barrier and the stress I was under with this whole unknown situation.I'd also like to thank Naomi who was also very present and adaptive at the end about the latency I had with the deposit transfer.I couldn't have hoped for better support.Good luck and thanks again!

Really pleased with the service we have received from Ocean. Steve was at our house quickly for a valuation following my initial enquiry, and he was so quick at getting the ball rolling. We were online with a couple of days, he told us exactly what to expect and had lots of useful insights about the market and what to expect in the process (this was our first time selling). Mike and Emma did most of the viewings and were great at keeping us in the loop with the feedback from potential buyers. The star of the show has been Melissa however, she has been amazing at keeping momentum and going back and forth between both solicitors and our buyers. Throughout the process we have felt well informed about what stage we are at and what needs to happen next. Melissa has always responded to our calls and emails promptly, she has been super friendly and personable and she’s brilliant at her job!Thank you!!

Cannot recommend Simon Lack as a mortgage advisor enough. He has been so knowledgeable and friendly and made the process so easy to understand. He continued to be invested and hands on throughout my buying process - offering an opportunity to reduce my rate in line with changes in offers while also being mindful of where in the process we were. I would recommend him to anyone. The Southville sales team were also great - Tom Windaybank and Jenny Green were friendly, supportive and always on hand for any questions I had. The team were all helpful, but Debbie, who was my point of contact once the offer had been accepted, was fantastic!Unfortunately the solicitors were unhelpful and communicated poorly making things stressful. Debbie went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help me resolve problems, and get to the bottom of issues in order that we could progress the sale. I valued her time and help hugely, and dread to think what the process would have been like without her. Thank you so much Debbie!!One point to note, the Conveyancers reflect poorly on you as estate agents when you recommend them. They are terrible.

Dealing with one office for estate agents and solicitors all in one place where they also communicated easily with each other made everything easy. The software used by both parties were also very good. We knew about viewings, times, dates, clients & 2nd viewings. But the staff also kept us informed. We felt they listened to us. They were knowledgeable and patient. The legal side alsoHas a good software that we could log intoTo keep up with the status of the proceedings. The Ocean Experience is a Breeze

I began the process of selling my flat with getting three different quotes. Of those, Ocean came out on top for both quote and professionalism. I initially met Matt, who talked me through the process and put me at ease about how it would move forward. Within days Matt found me buyer. From then on, I had the experience of liaising with different Ocean staff, from Ollie to Mike and Nicola on front of house, all of which are superb. I would especially like to say, how I found most useful, being able to call and speak with Nicola, who keeps the whole process glued together. At a time when situations can become challenging and stressful, Nicola is there on the end of the phone and always reassuring. Other estate agents do not offer this level of service and is most helpful. To sum up, I found the Ocean experience a breeze and all staff extremely professional. As a result my flat was sold within five months. Thank you Ocean very much indeed.

The staff were always friendly, polite but I think that the online communication especially when 2 clients needed to receive separate communications were not both informed . Being an older generation its hard to adjust to this online technical way of doing things and not always understood and I think the younger generation should take this into account. It lacks the personal touch of traditional methods . . There also seemed to be a lack of communication between in house agent and lawyers

Rang from their opening time (8.45am) to try and get through to book a viewing, repeatedly hung up on, waiting on hold only to be cut off. Finally got through 2.5 hours to be rudely told the property is fully booked (shock). We all know the lettings market in Bristol is crazy, but is there a need to be so rude?

Melissa is a breath of fresh air

Melissa is a breath of fresh air. She provided me with professional, factual and community information in a way that endeared her properties locations to me. I now feel drawn to rent and then purchase in this area trusting Melissa would help me find a home at the right time. Although, I'm not in a position to buy yet, this didn't dampen Melissa's enthusiasm and eagerness to answer all the questions I had. I will seek Melissa out when I'm ready to buy and recommend her for your purchasing experience too. Your home after all, is the most expensive and stressful purchase you'll ever make. Clearly, Melissa understands the value of building rapport and trust with potential customers so good business will inevitably follow. Melissa is a credit to the industry.
