I have recently purchased my first property. Kelly and her team have been phenomenal throughout the whole process. At a very stressful time, I have felt totally supported throughout and couldn't have asked for better communication. They have managed to complete in just 9 weeks, which has been fantastic. I have already recommended to others and look forward to using them again in the future.

Simon was quick to respond and friendly in his approach while supporting us with our house purchase. He worked to get us the best mortgage rates throughout the process, even applying for new products so that we always had the best rates. We really felt like he was on our side. I never had a single problem with them especially Georgia as she replied to my queries fast and straight to the point. That was just what I needed since I was coming from overseas and I had no idea of anything related to renting properties in the UK. Service when picking up keys was not very welcoming. Asked in a very blunt way if I had the cash for appliances we were buying. Was not very friendly at this point. There was no congrats in buying the property. (Didn't feel special). At the start they were very friendly, but did not like the end when picking up the keys.
