GoogleFantastic estate agents from start to finish, we had a fairly stressful time at the end of the process due to one of the solictors (not an ocean one 😁) and sam mcgreevy and sadie worked their backsides off to get it sorted for us, even contacting us on their days off, made us feel less stressed and more positive. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again for all your help 🙌

On the whole a good experience with quick replies to questions and an alternative person to communicate with if the main contact was out. Frustrated on the final day when it appeared to take one hour for the money to get from our buyer to us then a further one hour fifty five minutes for the money to get from us to our seller's solicitor meaning that removal men {and my wife} were sat in the freezing cold waiting for keys - would have been quicker to take the cash out and drive it there. When I paid Ocean their fees, it was there within minutes.We appreciate that the process depends on everyone in the chain being on the ball but 14 weeks is too long for a three house chain. Not the fault of Ocean but the whole transaction could be less stressful if the rules were changed slightly.

We’ve recently used Ocean to sell 2 houses and purchase a new home. The whole process was handled with professionalism and efficiency and their online process was easy to follow and kept us nicely up to date with the progress. I would also like to single out their solicitor Claire who did an absolutely marvellous job, informing us of progress and always available for advice. She helped the whole process reach a speedy and successful conclusion. If I ever need a solicitor in the future, Ocean would be top of my list.Jerry

I cannot thank Ocean enough, both the estate agent team and the legal team were fantastic, Joe, Gemma, Jess and Lucy. Communication from beginning to end was amazing. The timeline online is great but I could always phone or pop in if I needed help with forms or paperwork. I would absolutely recommend with no hesitation. Thanks again for making a stressful time very seamless.

Clearly, I’ve received nothing short of excellent service as a result of my precious 1 star review. So much so, that I am completely retracting my precious comments about the delay in receiving my deposit! Thank you, whoever replied and took on board my previous review. We received excellent sales and marketing advice from the branch manager Steve who was enthusiastic and approachable. We lost one sale along the way and the market definitely became more challenging but Steve remained confident and positive about our property and managed to get a good number of viewings and a very decent offer. The sales progression had a few hiccups but these were managed diligently by Melissa and we completed on the sale as hoped for. Lots of agents can sell a property in a strong market but when the market becomes more sticky you really need a first class agent with experience, determination and the ability to get hold of a situation and sort it. That’s what we got with Ocean and we are very happy that we used them to sell our house.

Good at selling the property for us but once sold not so impressed. They say they kept in close contact with regular updates but I believe this was only with us chasing them. They didn’t like to ring us and actually chat about the ongoing issues but instead email which I feel was impersonal. It’s very easy to hide behind an email. I appreciate it is needed for trail but phone calls are more personal. It was a long process, no fault of of own and it seemed at the end that we had to attempt to try and move things along at a pace rather than our buyers doing this. Overall very average

Ocean were very friendly and helpful to deal with in the beginning. They made us feel good about the property we were selling and we felt a good vibe from them right away, which is why we chose to sell our property with them. Once an offer was put in and accepted we started to feel that Ocean were more acting for the buyers rather than keeping our, or both of our, best interests in mind.

I highly recommend Ocean letting agency for people who are in search of rental house at Bristol. They were really helpful and understand the needs of people and help you accordingly as much as they could support. I can’t wait to say about Ms Amelia West, one of the staffs from Ocean , who is really an amazing person, very kind hearted and very helpful with our process. I wish all the agencies should have staffs like Amelia to improve their services in Uk. She is such an amazing person to come across in my life I say. I strongly recommend Ocean as first choice for housing search. All credit goes to Ms Amelia West. 5 stars is not enough for her service, she needs more than that.
