GoogleThe team at Ocean worked efficiently to ensure that everything was completed within the timeframe of our move in date, gave us updates on our progress through the tenancy process and were always incredibly helpful whenever we emailed or made a phone call. Very impressed with how Emma helped with my ongoing quest to find a property. Reply to emails were speedy and these were followed up with telephone calls. Information was clear and concise and Emma also took her time to understand exactly what my requirements are, and most importantly, she respected me as a client . If only more customer facing personnel were as competent as Emma.

GoogleA very professional, patient and attentive team. Will Jenkin has been extremely helpful with the viewings and application. However, the credit background check process was the most complicated one I ever had, and I had moved many times. Also, the different team is dealing with moving in and reporting, they are not as helpful as we expected.

GoogleI had a few viewings with Ocean, and Lily was absolutely brilliant. Super communicative, friendly, helpful and professional. Although we didn't end up going with an Ocean property to let, if we're looking in the future they'll be our first port of call.

GoogleMy partner and I were very pleased with the services provided by Ocean and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in this area. Moving is usually pretty stressful, however, Annabel went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. She handled everything very quickly and seemed to genuinely care. As a result we were able to move into our new home a lot sooner than we expected. This is by far the best experience we’ve had with a letting agency!

Whenever we stumbled upon a hurdle during the remortgage process, Tracey was always there to support and guide us through with the relevant information.
