I have used Ocean to both buy and sell properties and I've always been highly impressed with the service, to the extent that I've recommended others who have since used them and also been highly satisfied. The service is friendly and efficient and (unlike some estate agents) doesn't just stop once you've signed the contract. They're competitively priced and, most importantly, don't promise what they can't deliver. I have used them for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

Difficult to contact - once we paid the holding fee they replied to emails slowly and ignored questions asked re timings, then requested documentation filled in in short time frames. Wouldn't use again.

Also an early conversation with a sales /office person was quite challenging as she would not listen to MY concerns with the correspondence. She continually spoke over the top of me.
