TrustpilotTop Team at Ocean!
Really impressed with the great service by Lily, Sam, Abu and Josh, at Willow Brook, Bristol - who all co-ordinated spectacularly well to get our property deal over the line.Communication was fast and efficient, processing of documents was executed quickly, and the handover process was thorough, making us aware of all things relevant regarding the property and it's maintenance. Communication between ourselves and the home-owner was also facilitated extremely well. A very pleasant, experienced and co operative team who we will be delighted to do more business with in future

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Ocean in purchasing a house. The Bishopston office seems to have a cohesive team of quality professionals all of whom I always enjoyed chatting with. They are pragmatic, well organised and personable. Particular thanks should go to Kiera Burrows, whose empathic and calm approach made this rather stressful purchase much less so. Top set of people, thoroughly recommend.

TrustpilotThank you.
I don't have enough time to explain the intricacies of our last 10 month ordeal but to say Luigi Lattuca & Tracey Green have been patient with us, is one of the most understated things ever! When my wife and I were losing our heads about every hurdle that seemed to be thrown at us with our mortgage process, both Luigi and Tracey remained a sea of calm and kept our head in the game the whole way.I genuinely can not recomend these guys enough, total heros and we wouldn't be home owners without them, getting a bit emotional while writting this.Thank you both so much.

I've just completed the sale of my house through Ocean, working with Ella Peacey from the Bishopston office. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and thanks to her detailed knowledge of the local market my house sold within days. She was always on hand to answer questions as the sale progressed, right up to completion. I hope I never have to sell a house again, but if I do I would like someone like Ella to help!

Lovely Company, excellent staff interface every step of the way. They went over and above expectations throughout the whole process of selling the property and when a problem arose through nobody's fault they stepped in, sorted it by making external arrangements, to ensure that no drama was made out of a crisis.Thank you so much Ocean Estates from the whole family.
