TrustpilotOcean Conveyancing Top Marks
I began the process of selling my flat with getting three different quotes. Of those, Ocean came out on top for both quote and professionalism. I chose Ocean Conveyancing for the legal aspect to keep things tidy. On price, they're fair and their service, matched the professionalism of Ocean Estates. Olivia, extremely knowledgeable, was my point of contact and helped throughout the legal selling process, assisted by an experienced team. To conclude, the Ocean Conveyancing experience has been amazing, all polite and friendly, thank you.

TrustpilotChantelle Chambers - Ocean Bishopston
Chantelle was great from the minute I met her. Showing me and my partner around our now property, quickly following up, tentative, responding to emails, taking my calls and putting our needs first.I hope more estate agents can take after Chantelle as she is a credit to Ocean.Keep up the great work!

GoogleI recently needed to let out my home due to a job related move. As this is my first home, letting it out was an emotional and stressful decision. Ocean were brilliant and patient with me throughout the process while I was getting things sorted. Scott explained everything and was very communicative for the initial set-up and passed things over to Chantelle who has been just fantastic. Super professional and helpful with all queries and worked with me to get the flat on the market and secured nice tenants. Overall, a very positive experience.

TrustpilotOcean were Professional and Supportive
Ocean were appointed to sell my property in early May and I was pleasantly surprised to receive two asking price offers within the first week of the property going live. However, the agreed buyers’ solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive from the get-go.Spurious delays were encountered and the process was extremely onerous.Several months passed, with progress deteriorating to such an extent that I had contemplated withdrawing the sale.Mellissa (Bell) was designated my “Move Manager” to oversee the sale to contract completion and without Mellissa’s ongoing intervention and skilled coordination, the sale would have definitely been withdrawn. Her pleasant disposition and endeavour to complete was admirable. She demonstrated immense effort and professionalism in obtaining a successful outcome and relieving so much stress from my shoulders.A job well done by the Ocean Team.
