TrustpilotLuigi is great!
Luigi is really pro active, contacting us well ahead of our renewal date to help ensure we got the best deal. We asked him to search for ethical mortgages and he found the best ethical mortgage was the best deal overall!

TrustpilotWould highly recommend!
Ocean Estate Agents, in particular James and Jemima, were great from start to finish. James took the time to fully explain to me the current letting market and the whole process; he was professional, very knowledgeable and approachable. I felt assured that I was in good hands and that nothing would be missed. Would highly recommend!

TrustpilotHouse sale…
We were very happy with the service from Ocean during the recent sale of my mother's house. The staff were helpful and friendly and happy to deal with any questions we had. Everything was dealt with efficiently and the sale went through very smoothly.

GoogleI am a bit ambivalent with this review. On one hand Ocean / Kayla was really nice and helpful, on the other hand they use "The Lettings Hub" as a contractor which are a pain to deal with and I cannot really recommend anybody using that contractor. Cant bring myself to give a bad rating since that's not the fault of this branch I guess

GoogleThe team at Ocean Estate agents have been amazing throughout our process of letting our new flat. They were accommodating around or specific needs and were attentive in ensuring we received all the appropriate paperwork and that we had settled in nicely. A great agency to let with, and a huge thank you to Kayla, Abbie and the team for being so thorough and such a great support throughout this process :) Would definitely move with them again and have not stopped singing their praises since starting this letting journey with them!

TrustpilotIndividuals were pleasant and helpful…
Individuals were pleasant and helpful but I felt there was a lack of communication between offices and personnel at times which meant I had to repeat information several times. This created anxiety at a stressful time.

TrustpilotHad a really great experience…
Had a really great experience purchasing a new property through Ocean. Tom was very knowledgable when viewing the property, Kenny was always on hand to help me with the legal stuff that I didnt understand, Georgina and Rosie kept me up to date throughout and Simon Lack not only sorted me a great rate with my mortgage, but kept me informed the whole way through the process making it as painless as possible when buying somewhere. Highly recommend going through these guys, I barely had to chase anyone and glad I used all their services.

TrustpilotGreat mortgage advisor services
Thank you to Luigi for the mortgage advisor services. We used ocean for the estate agents and mortgage advisors and I would highly recommend. As first time buyers Luigi was very informative of the mortgage process and ensured we got the best deal that worked work for us.

TrustpilotOcean were great and I would recommend
Tom came to look at the house and explained the process and what Ocean would do. We agreed a sale price which was at the high end of the three estate agents we spoke to. The photos looked great, including some drone shots. The house sold within a week at £10K over asking price. The whole process went on for about six months, but they were there throughout and always on the case. We had trouble with our purchase falling through and the sale wavered, but Ocean didn't put a foot wrong.

TrustpilotRichard and Claire were both brilliant…
Richard and Claire were both brilliant for myself and my partner who were first time buyers. They made the process of finding a mortgage and explaining everything really straight forward. It look a lot of pressure off of worrying about what was needed and what the next steps were.

TrustpilotNot Perfect But Would Recommend
My team, Kelly and Oliwia were a pleasure to work with and very prompt with communications. There were some mistakes towards the end of our dealings together, which means I can't give a 5star review, but overall I would recommend them - it was a good experience.

TrustpilotOcean Finacial Services
We used Ocean Finacial Services, Victoria made the mortgage application process very straightforward and stress free and Claire kept us informed of all the progress of the application. We have previously remortgaged through Victoria and would do so again in the future. Would recommend.
