Professional and flexible. Myself and my partner dealt with Ollie we were moving to Bristol for work and neither of us knew the area. Not only did he provide us with good knowledge of the Bristol area. He was also incredibly upfront and honest with our property search and went the extra mile to ensure we were kept in the loop through the whole process of gaining tenancy (which we did). Great person to deal with answered all questions we had. We are planning to buy after this tenancy and will definitely look to Nexa again.

Marie is our seller’s agency, she has been very helpful and informative all the way through. We were in a large chain with 8 houses involved, she kept us updated about the progress of the chain and we were kept in the loop all the time. The worst renting experience I have…

The worst renting experience I have ever had I reported many maintenance issues and they werent sorted, gas and electricity werent working over xmas and we were freezing , they didnt do anything about it , then our ceiling came down because of a leak, took them 2 months to sort and kept lying. It took them 8 months to resolve the issue and compensate for our damaged bed and wardrobe , will never be renting again and don’t recommend at all
