I’ve had my rental with Nexa for 5/6 years, and during that time they have always been very helpful, particularly Jasmine and Becky. Just recently, there have been a number of issues with the property and Patricia is now the first port of call. I have found her extremely professional, polite in her emails, and very helpful. Plus, she gets the jobs organised keeping me informed along the way. She’s a real help and if she can’t help she’ll make sure my queries go to the correct person.

My experience with Will was great! My flat was previously on the market with a different Bristol company for over 3 months; I relisted with Will as my agent as he got people in within days, and the sale agreed in a week. The sale of my property was quite complicated due to the lease, but also deadlines but Will was a huge driving force in working with both solicitors to get actions completed. Without his proactiveness i have no doubt the sale would have fallen through. He was professional and friendly, always contactable, and kept me updated (often well before I'd hear from solicitors).

Nexa are currently building some properties behind my home. They have put up a sign advertising their properties at the entrance to a driveway we share with three neighbouring houses which do not belong to Nexa. As we leave the property onto a busy road, the sign they have put up completely blocks the view of oncoming traffic from the left. Our road is currently extremely busy as it’s being used as a diversion as the main road between Bristol and Yate is closed. We struggle to see cars coming from our left any time we try to leave the drive due to the sign and it’s incredibly dangerous to pull out without being able to see what’s coming towards you. I’ve been contacting Nexa about this since October and have received one half hearted reply stating the sign was designed in such a way to cause an obstruction and they hadn’t received any complaints so far. I’ve sent several follow up emails, all have been ignored. Appalling behaviour by this company to refuse to move a sign that’s causing an obstruction and putting residents at risk all so they can advertise their new build properties.

Excellent communication and invaluably reliable during the super-stressful process of buying a house! Any time I had a query, Laura and Will were straight on it - they answered all my queries right away, found information for me when I requested, were a direct source of information for any queries I needed from the seller, about the house, and gave great advice throughout the process. Having them there, honestly, helped me so much to understand what was going on, and why things may have been taking longer, as well as being experts and hurrying things along for everyone. With their help, I completed in 3 months flat - whilst people I know buying alongside me have taken twice as long. Albeit, it was chain-free, but I know that their efficiency and communication sped things up by at least 2-4 weeks. I think it's important to mention, also, that Laura and Will acted as estate agents for the seller - when I was buying the house. So, even though they weren't hired by me directly, they were still always there to help. I couldn't recommend them more, and I will certainly be using them when I come to sell. Simon at Nexa cannot be faulted and is highly recommended if you are looking at selling your house. Ours was a tricky one as it was a probate house of my late parents. The sale was lengthy and fell through a number of times and was delayed for other reasons but Simon’s patience, kindness and amazing negotiating skills were used fully for this sale. We first met Carly Hales when we were looking for a house at Dilly Meadows in West Harptree. It’s no exaggeration to say that Carly was the key factor in securing our forever home for us - we would not be living in it today without having benefitted from her expertise, patience, kindness and faith in us. We will always be in her debt. Our process was complicated because we were about to sell two properties in different parts of the country when we came across Carly, who assessed our needs and showed us Leacroft House. This, we knew was the home we had wished for. At the time the property market was fragile and despite initially being fortunate to secure sales on both our houses, one or both sales kept falling through over many months. At all times Carly encouraged and supported us, making suggestions as to our next steps in the process and pleading our case with her directors who agreed to extend the exchange date originally set. Eventually the sales went through and we moved in - again Carly made all the arrangements and eased a complicated process. She was always delightful, constantly reassuring and unbelievably kind. She literally nursed us through the heartache of losing house sales and feeling we’d never own Leacroft House and did all she could to make our dream come true. Carly is insightful, professional , thorough , and supportive, but more than that - she goes the extra mile and we count her as a true friend. We had such a great experience with Nexa, we are very grateful to Carly for giving us such dedicated care throughout the entire process. We expected Nexa to surpass our expectations and they did - they were not only quick, always on hand to respond, and got our house sold within 4 weeks - they were also kind, considerate, and went above board to answer questions, queries, and to solve any issues. Carly was always on-hand to provide us top service. She was only ever a text or phone-call away - even when she shouldn't have been (days she didn't work and when she was on annual leave!) but we are so grateful for that level of service. We had a lot of bumps in our whole process with lots of different loud voices to contend with, but Carly was always very good at mediating those involved to make sure everyone stayed calm, had the right pieces of information that they needed, and only shared us in on what we actually needed to know. We had a few quotes when we initially wanted to sell, and a few interactions with other agents, and Carly stood out from the crowd immediately. With her good email manner, to her fantastic personality, there was a clear winner with who we were going to go with. She is so approachable, kind, and you can tell straight away that she will put in a very high level of care in everything she does. She was very good at explaining her fees, what things meant, and to clarify and re-write anything you felt unsure about. She cares about you, your property, and your buyers too! Nexa don't want to pay deposit money

When I entered the property it was dirty and I spoke to Ashley whom I dealt with, Ashley was very friendly, but then he left work and handover my case to Keighley who ignores phone calls and doesn't respond to any messages, When I moved out they didn't want to pay my deposit back I phone their office almost everyday and they would tell me that Keighley is the one dealing with your case, we can't help you because she is not around everyday, I spoke to the landlord who helped me for Keighley to respond to me, And now to find out they want to take all the deposit I paid, I paid £1000, And they refused to pay me a cent, They want me to pay a fee of redocoration, how when I entered the house was a mess, They charge me for the garden which was very dirt when I moved in, I understand for a few damages, but the rest is a bad experience, that I wish people must not go through, although desputed the case, it's reasonable to say they are a few small damages not for them to take the whole £1000, I only lived at the property for 8 months, yet they don't want to pay my deposit money
