We used Nexa to sale our house , we were unsure how good they would be not having the usual local office, but our experience with them was fantastic, Simon Coghlan-Forbes was our agent and what I liked about him was his attention to detail , when we had perspective purchasers around he would dress the house to ensure it looked the best it could which we didn't see from all the other agents we came across when looking for our new home .Simon also kept us informed of the scheduled house viewings and we had regular feedback . I would suggest to anybody who intends to sale their house to use them they were great , thanks especially to Simon .

We couldn’t recommend this estate agent more! Amazing service and people. We contacted Nexa on a recommendation from a friend and knew immediately we’d made the right choice. Laura has dealt with us from the beginning to get us the best tenants and price for our property. She has been nothing but professional but I personally felt like I’d known her for years after 10 minutes of talking. Nexa we’re recommended to me by a friend Simon was so efficient and easy to communicate with throughout the sale of my property. The tenants had left the house in a complete mess so Simon advised me how to make it presentable to market. Once it was ready the viewings were all in place and I was notified by email for each one. The offers came in and the decision of which buyer to go with was helped by Simon’s advise. The solicitors Nexa recommended were brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nexa to anyone selling. Great service throughout :))

One of the worst letting agents in the country. Once we signed contract stopped answering emails, phone calls etc. Kayleigh Brown is the most unprofessional estate agent EVER. They were that petty once we left property they made it so awkward for us to get our deposit back took us 6 months to get it back. They tell so much lies it is frightening anything to get a tenant in the property god help you once you are in. Do nothing to help you we reported sink week we moved in moved out 5mths later still not fixed. Should be struck off and not allowed to let out properties

I’m currently renting a property with Nexa for roughly 10 months & I’ve been happy with everything so far. Where I’m staying location wise is good for me being close to shops, work & public transport & any issues which I’ve had has been dealt with quickly, in my time so far my only issues had been faulty smoke alarms which were replaced the next day & id recently had an issue with the WIFI going off but id contacted Patricia & she resolved it within a few days responding to me during her days off. 👍🏻

I highly recommend Nexa! Jake was highly responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Viewings were booked quickly and he confirmed by both phone and email and updated me in clients were going to be late/ delayed. The whole service was very fast and professional. My flat was put on the market the day after I enquired about their services. It was nice to see that a professional photographer was included in the flat rate fee when most other agents charge more for this. Never dealt with such incompetent

Never dealt with such incompetent, greedy and shortsighted people. No heating for a month, took them multiple calls to get someone out. I had a leak for 10 months, which they constantly made me try to arrange to fix. Calling me at 7pm at night asking me to bring them items of the landlord. Then when leaving weren't even aware of my leaving date, had viewings then did my closing tenancy over 9 days after I have left asking for £140 for a "light clean" then couldn't provide a receipt/quote for said clean, 3 months of me chasing they ignored me and handed it over to the landlord. You're all parasites who don't have an ounce of common sense or dignity.

Rob Pain - NEXA Bristol is wonderful! We are so glad we came across Rob when selling in Nailsea in September 2019 (our sale completed in Dec 2019.) I have bought & sold several times in the last 21 years but have never been particularly impressed by Estate Agents in the UK (coming from the US, where they really work for their customers!) however Rob was WONDERFUL: professional and committed to his work. He took great care in pricing our property to sell, he took time in arranging the photo shoot (the photos looked wonderful and we love that he still uses them on his website!) and he always arranges viewings himself and gets feedback. He listed our house in a bit of a 'rocky' and unsure market, with Brexit - most stuff similar to our house was sticking on the market and reducing in price, but Rob sold our home in just 48 hours - I believe to the second viewer! We were moving internationally and Rob really helped us by communicating with us, the buyers and the involved solicitors. The whole sale went perfectly - we really can't thank him enough! We recommend Rob to everyone we know. When comparing him to the other agents locally in North Somerset & in Bristol, I honestly can't believe anyone would use them over him. Having met with 4 other agents before Rob, we were really unimpressed with the competition. Do your research before making a decision! Rob REALLY knows the market and he priced our house perfectly (when 2 other agents priced our property much lower) and as a result we got full asking price in 48 hours! Rob also really takes an interest in how the property looks and will recommend any little things you can do to make your property look good for showing. He really does put that bit extra in. I have noticed, following his page, that all the properties he markets look really fantastic in their photographs and I believe that is down to that extra 'magic touch' that Rob puts in! We've been shown a house by James and while the place wasn't one we will go for, the whole experience was a real pleasure. James was the first agent who actually went above and beyond what anyone else has done at their viewings. Once we arrived there were candles burning, side lights switched on, garden doors wide open. It was like walking into your house at the end of the day and just that little bit really helped to show the place in a completely different way. James was very informative and asked us for positive and negative feedback to really know what we are looking for. It was not one of those viewings where you walk around nodding and smiling to then exchange true comments amongst yourself. We felt that James actually would represent both parties (buyer and seller), advising them both to make sure everyone is happy, which usually is not the impression one gets from an agent. He was also eager to share general tips with us, contacts to lawyers and advisers, even after clearly seeing that we weren't 100% sold on the house and so most likely would not be putting an offer down on this one. We will be definitely continuing to look at places with Nexa and in the future consider selling our property with them!

Couldn't ask for a more professional, approachable and customer solution driven estate agent in Nexa. Jake is setting up one of the estate agents of the future for Bristol thanks to the focus he has on the tenants during their stay. I had a seamless transition out of the property and Ollie in particular was always there to assist with flexibility to suit my move into another property and kept me in the loop well in advance of anything I need to know. I’m grateful that we’ve got Alex as our estate agent. He is brilliant and did even more than his responsibility. My flat mates and I are foreign students and I’ve been told that renting a house in UK is complicated. We knew nothing about the procedures when reaching Alex but he had explained clearly every term to us. We did got some troubles in the process but Alex was super helpful and sorted all the things out for us! He can always get back to us for any queries. He is efficient, professional and trustworthy. We’d definitely recommend him! I’d give him a 6 stars if I could :)

My first ever situation of having to sell a house. It has been on the market since last June. By pure coincidence, I met James. James told me to let him deal with the house. I am so glad that I did. In a matter of days, and I mean days, James is now asking for our conveyancing solicitors details. I still can't believe how fast this estate agent has done so much for me. You can forget the Purple Bricks. If you want a estate agent to sit down with you, explain how Nexa work, and get the results that you have waited so long for, then all I would say is this.
