We've just finished a perfect property sale with Leese and Nagle in Westbury on Trym. This has been an excellent experience for us, with professional advice, quality marketing, robust offer handling and fast-paced sales progression. Well done to Robert, Louis and Sam especially, as well as the wider team from both offices who all helped. We had 3 agents out to value the house, but Robert Nagle won the instruction by being far more specific with the comparable property pricing that he used to assess the correct price, and he took the time to recommend a number of minor improvements internally and externally that proved to make a huge difference in the presentation of the property. The brochure and Rightmove / website listings were handled by Loius who has excellent attention to detail - and they used pro photography and some clever online tools that gave a professional look to everything across the board. The Covid-safe viewings were also very well managed with an excellent number of viewings generated quickly from both of the Leese and Nagle office teams (Clifton and Westbury). Sam in sales progression ensured everything went though as promptly as possible - even from a complex chain. Having bought and sold 5 properties so far with various Bristol agents in BS9 and BS10 i've no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Leese and Nagle. 10/10 - will absolutely use Leese and Nagle again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have dealt with Mr Nagle for about 30 years, since he became a manager of a long established Clifton Village estate agency in The Mall. I have followed him to the firm he set up as he has a great understanding of the area, is spot on with his valuations, honest, very perceptive in picking up on any problems and has made helpful suggestions. Above all he is polite and caring and is the first agent I turn to for sales/purchases or just his opinion which he does not begrudge giving even when there is no prospect of a fee from me!
