When things go off track (as so often they do in residential conveyancing), he comes up with sensible and pragmatic solutions. We would highly recommend him.

GoogleWe cannot rate the team at westbury on trym highly enough. From the start of our sale process to the finish they have been attentive, communicative, friendly and professional. Robert Nagle’s knowledge of the local market is second to none and the advice both he and Louis gave us helped us both pitch and market our property to maximum effect. Viewings were painless, the sales ‘strategy’ spot on and the after sales team of Sam and Katherine chased up the various parties on a regular basis and gave us a weekly up date. Most of all Robert and the team were friendly, approachable and seemingly available 24/7. They were also competitive with other local agents. On the whole can’t praise them high enough.

I would go as far to say the chain would have collapsed if not for L&N's support and knowledge throughout the process. They will certainly be our estate agent of choice when we come to move house again.

GoogleAs first time buyers (with one failed purchase under our belt) we entered into the transaction anxious and expecting to be pressured. From the first viewing, we were so impressed with Robert and the team. The viewings were hosted calmly and honestly, and from offer to exchange Sam and Louis were empathetic, patient and made us feel so comfortable and in control. Real professionals who really treated us like people, with compassion for the fact that buying a property is incredibly stressful. I had been warned that getting updates and getting to speak to a 'real person' would be like pulling teeth, but from the first week Sam was providing us weekly updates on our purchase, following up with our solicitor and generally making sure that we were OK. She really made us feel like no question was too silly (and there were a lot of questions) and as a result we are starting the journey of owning our first home with confidence in our decision and excitement for our future. GoogleChris has just sold my house for me and I cannot express how easy Chris made it all happen. From start to finish Chris has been amazing, Chris talked me through every step of the process, gave me expert advice at every stage. From when to market the property to viewings, even advised me to 'dress' the house for photos and viewings, which was perfect advice. We had one open day and sold the house that day. It should have been plain sailing from there, but, obviously in these unprecedented times we were unsure what was going to happen. Chris kept his professional head on, kept both parties talking and we have just exchanged and completed. I cannot thank Chris enough for all the hard work he has done for me and my family. They did a fantastic job in supporting our sale and purchase, both of which were challenging and yet they were able to reassure us and help navigate us through the process. The staff are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable but particular thanks has to go to Robert Nagle who worked tirelessly to coordinate everything and help us to get a dream home. Easy and reliable communication with him and the entire team, super emotional support (I did not know that we would need it 😉), proactive in their work on managing chains and explaining to us the criteria to consider in our decisions and time lines. They had excellent local knowledge and helped us to get a very good price for our house. I have experienced pushy behaviour and mansplaining with other estate agents, but could not even imagine this to happen with L&N - thank you so much for your excellent work!
