GoogleI’m a local Businessman within Stoke Bishop who owns Welcome Co-op & therefore wanted a local agent to deal with my residential sale. I originally purchased my property through Leese & Nagle & with previous dealings with Robert Nagle I decided to use them again. Robert Nagle & his team are just fantastic!! When I decided to put my property onto the market, Robert had come to visit me at the property & brought with him details of properties that were similar to mine & the price I could possibly get. Robert suggested a price & I thought it was worth more so it went on the market at the slightly higher price that I thought the property was worth. Anyway we had a few viewings just before Christmas but it didn’t come to any offers. Robert then called me & advised me that in the New Year it might be worth dropping the price to what he had originally suggested. Well what can I say the first viewing in the New Year & offered me full asking price & now I’m due to complete on the sale. I’m so grateful to Robert & the team. Robert’s knowledge in the market is unbelievable & Louis from start to finish kept me updated throughout the whole process. GoogleIn short, Leese and Nagle thoroughly deserve a 5 star plus review. They stand head and shoulders above their 'high street' competition and unlike other agencies I have used, their professionalism and dedication shone through. I can say that Leese and Nagle earned every penny of their commission. Would I use them again? - Yes. Would I recommend them to others? - Absolutely! We first tried a 'high street' agency and we got mediocrity, my wife described them as 'asleep at the wheel'. A change of agent was needed and after a truly professional and honest presentation from Robert Nagle we decided to try Leese and Nagle. Honestly, we never looked back. Louis Gordon leads the sales and negotiation ably assisted by Abi, Catherine and Rachael. Louis handled the sale from start to finish, expertly negotiating the bumps along the way and bringing the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. Well done Leese and Nagle!

GoogleWhat a fantastic experience. I was dreading selling my parents house . Louis listened to my unique selling criteria . He was kind, professional and so honest. He didn’t disrespect other companies, when he came to value the house. Which I really admired. I had 3 valuations with different companies. Louis handled my sale and did all 11 viewings , 3 second viewings . And went through all my offers and options , to enable me to make a good informed choice. From 1st viewing, to exchange and completion on the same day ( my criteria ) 8 weeks !!! Yes it can be done . I have to say that again 8 weeks .!!!! The whole team at the Westbury on Trym office ,were highly professional, great at communicating and keeping me up to speed . They really know the market well . I can’t Thank you enough 😊
