We had a terrible experience with the office manager in their Fishponds, Bristol branch "Mark ????" - lied through his Teeth and tried to get us to pay for damage he'd caused to our property - avoid like the plague (if he's still there)

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

GoogleI'm buying through Hunters Fishponds and have found them to be reliable, proactive and straight forward. Mark really helped to push through to exchange and was in daily contact with me and the various solicitors so everyone was kept informed.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

GooglePoor customer service. Every time you call in for a property you hear "we've had offers over the asking price" like a broken record. Puts you off completely. Agents not very friendly when showing viewings either.

This organisation uses the latest 'matching' technology to ensure buyers registered with us receive the 'newly listed' property immediately. Buyer response times are becoming faster and faster. We are often finding buyers before the property has almost become 'live' to the market. Please register your buying requirements with us and we will do all we can to find you the right property. No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Avoid using them to sell

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

Absolutely awful, left two messages, ignored me, booked viewing appointments twice, ignored again. Totally ignored me all week, they are unprofessional shambles, avoid.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
