The Andrews Westbury-on-Trym Branch Team were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and made buying our first property as stress free as possible. We also used their mortgage advisor service which was integral to us securing a great mortgage deal along with life and building insurance. We had interactions with other national estate agents, and the Andrews Team's professionalism and customer service were miles ahead. We will use Andrews for all our future property buying needs. extremely bad, unprofessional. didn't give us a water reading at the beginning of our tenancy, and after one month of living there we ended up with a 200 pound water bill. very unprofessional, don't know their own job well. it's trash!

So disappointed with Andrews (Bristol) They repaid a substantial deposit back to one of my tenants two weeks into a live tenancy. They said I authorised it even after I provided proof I hadn’t. Not even an apology! So incompetent. Susan Russe.
