I had a viewing booked with Junior Zziwa, and all I could say is that he was very professional while showing me the apartment, and was also helpful in terms of providing all the necessary information for the tenancy agreement. Everyone at the agency that I have spoken to were 5* with me, and they were always available to help.

Working with Jean-Pierre and Di was a delight. We all know how stressful renting a property can be, particularly during these times, but they really made the process smooth and easy for us. Their great communication and their honesty (something you rarely find with estate agents) were what impressed us most. Both my flatmate and I are very grateful to them both and would recommend their service to anyone!

I had an great experience with one of the staff who's name is Nancy Henley, very cooperative and helpful. She always response fast.

Rebecca in the Southville branch was amazing. She found us an excellent tenant, the move in was smooth, and the paperwork came through with maximum efficiency. Full confidence at every stage that the new tenant would be perfect for our property. Also, appreciated the attention to detail - so we fully complied with all the current legislation.
