I contacted Andrew’s as I was Interested in a property they had for sale. Spoke with Nancy and arranged a viewing. Fell in love with the property so ended up putting an offer forward. Being a first time buyer can be quite nerve racking but with the service I received from Nancy this was made a lot easier and put me at ease. Great, friendly customer service which made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase.

GoogleWe sold our house through Andrews Southville branch. They made everything as easy as possible. They were very efficient when it came to listing the house and getting people through the door. The real plus point for us was having Emma Willingham handle the after sales process, taking us through to completion after accepting an offer. She was proactive and kept us fully informed every step of the way. It was a long process, but it would have been much harder and taken even longer if Emma hadn’t been involved.

GoogleMyself and a friend have been looking for a flat to rent for a little while now in the highly competitive market that Bristol seems to have currently. Most agencies said they weren't notifying anyone ahead of properties being put online due to demand being so high as they would always be able to find someone to take the properties and it meant that it was complete luck whether you called quick enough to be able to book onto a viewing. However, Andrews (alone) did put us on a list and contacted us immediately after properties became available which took off a lot of stress and was very much appreciated after the hectic experiences we had been having. As a result, we were able to find a place with Nadia who was fantastic in communicating with us and provided incredibly friendly and helpful viewings along with helping us through the process . Would definitely recommend Andrews if looking in Southville and Bedminster as they were consistently one of the best lettings agents we encountered.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Appalling lack of professionalism, huge amount of time to sort out any issues. The house I rented was run down with no investment from the landlord. The Andrews team constantly changed, there was no communication or consistentcy, a fallen down ceiling, black mould were left for months without resolution. Lots and lots of things fell between the cracks - they just weren’t on top of things. They refused to let me attend check out (due to Covid) and then tried to fleece me on the deposit which they held onto for 6 months. I think they are fine if you’re buying a house because they are incentivised to act on your behalf. As a tenant nobody is your advocate, least of all Andrews. If you are a landlord with any principles I would avoid them.

I liked at two properties and They harass you with constant phone calls . When I expressed interest in a property they use Pressure sales techniques like ‘should I inform the sellers you’re making an offer’ without me explicitly saying such . I have multiple voicemails from this company . Do not advice to use their services if can be avoided. I’m aware all estate agents will chase buyers but Andrews were particularly pushy more than any agency I’ve come across
