GoogleLet an unsafe home which meant we weren't able to move in but informed us 2 days before we were meant to, leaving us homeless and haven't received deposit back let alone any compensation. AVOID.

We have taken the time to look into this matter for you and you are correct we delayed your move into the property due to a large leak discovered two days prior to your move, therefore meaning the property became unsafe and as a responsible agent the only sensible option was to regrettably postpone your move.. Since then we have been actively working with your party to find suitable premises for you all. Upon receiving bank details from the lead member of your party (22nd February) we issued the return of your deposit, which we've been notified has been received. Unfortunately it was not safe to move you into a property due to factors beyond our (and the landlords control) and we will continue to work with you in order to help you find your new home where possible.

Shockingly bad. Andrews have recently taken over the Coop group contract to manage on behalf of the freeholder. It's hard to tell whether they are just grossly incompetent or attempting to defraud the leaseholders by issuing spurious invoices. Either way if I was a freeholder I'd avoid asking Andrews to manage my portfolio.
