I popped into Andrew’s in Southville this morning and finally had the pleasure of meeting Lisa! I came in to express how happy I was with Julene’s cleaning of the property I started renting earlier this week. She did such a thorough job and it was really quite impressive how sparkling she got the oven looking! She brought a lovely energy into the house as well and I just felt that her hard work should be noted as I used to do cleaning myself!

I really was so impressed by the estate agent that managed our case. His name was Isaac Biggerstaff and he really was amazing. The whole Andrews property group were very efficient in responding to any queries, organised with bookings and really did seem to show genuine care. As I said, the best part was the contact had with Isaac Biggerstaff - he was so easy to talk to, really understanding about the challenges with house buying, researched any queries we had, and overall gave us at 5 star experience with the estate agent service.

TrustpilotMost careless letting agent of the UK
I have been fighting with this agent for several weeks now as they dont bother repay me the deposit. Even though the landlord agreed for the deposit to be returned to me, this agency doesnt care. In most cases they dont even answer my messages and when they do, those are just empty promises. Absolute rubbish service. AVOID!!!

GoogleEverything was pretty good with these estate agents when buying my new home. However I wouldn't let them refer you to a solicitor-they advised me to use a service called Andrews Home mover, which put me in touch with a (not great) local solicitor whilst effectively charging a substantial amount of money for the privilege.

Hello, We rented a house from Andrews property group while ours was fully extended and renovated and I just want to leave a good review for this company as it was an absolute pleasure to rent a house from them. They have always looked after all the things to make sure it's safe, like electrics, sockets, plugs, central heating, plumbing , they requested the gas meter to be changed when my gas provider wasn't interested. They placed 2 safety boxes for the key so I don't have to be at home when the subcontractors came. We just left the house on 3rd of May and already have the full deposit back plus interest. I had to leave a review as this type of care , professionalism and seriousness is hard to come by especially in the lettings industry. Big thank you to the Property Manager Nicola, which has replied fast and was super efficient with all that the property or I, needed.

Me and my husband were looking for a flat long time. Moving forward, one day we found a flat on Andrews which we liked to view. From the first touch with the letting agent, we were content and happy with their professionality. Sameer, was our negotiator. He spend time with us to explain in details all our queries, he find time for us for even second viewing of the flat and and giving us advise of how to apply, utilities advises,important information etc. A big thank you, since all the period which we have been looking for a flat, most of the agencis are not showing true hospitality to the customers, moreover, for them is the same who will get the flat, do they need more help maybe etc. Samer proove us the oposite. GoogleLet an unsafe home which meant we weren't able to move in but informed us 2 days before we were meant to, leaving us homeless and haven't received deposit back let alone any compensation. AVOID.
Hi Seren, thank you for the feedback. Sorry that you felt the need to leave us a one star review. We have taken the time to look into this matter for you and you are correct we delayed your move into the property due to a large leak discovered two days prior to your move, therefore meaning the property became unsafe and as a responsible agent the only sensible option was to regrettably postpone your move.. Since then we have been actively working with your party to find suitable premises for you all. Upon receiving bank details from the lead member of your party (22nd February) we issued the return of your deposit, which we've been notified has been received. Unfortunately it was not safe to move you into a property due to factors beyond our (and the landlords control) and we will continue to work with you in order to help you find your new home where possible.
