Frank and honest with no hard sell

Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I would avoid for property management

Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.

We cannot thank Emma Willingham enough for her support and guidance throughout our buying and selling experience with Andrews Southville. Her communication was excellent, professional and friendly. We had lived in our house for 43 years so had no knowledge of today’s market procedures, Emma was always there at the end of the phone to support and guide us. She communicated well with the other parties and kept us updated on the progress, unlike our solicitor! Our whole experience with Andrew’s Southville was very good from Holly who valued and sold our house to the rest of the team involved in the sale. Even so, I must say Emma’s support was invaluable. I don’t know how much Andrews pay her but they ought to double it she is worth her weight in gold!
