Last week we had a Directors meeting. I felt that Molly was on top of her game and I felt reassured that she understood the problems that we have at our property and we are now going forwards with sorting the problems out. Before Molly came on board, we had a manager looking after us who didn’t understand and failed to sort our problems through. Thank you Molly for your help on getting us back on track.

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. She constantly prioritised checking in to see what more she could do, was instant on her communication and responses and was a real shine of light throughout what was quite a tough and stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma, she has been absolutely super and the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent.

GoogleGot introduced to our property manager Jennie today and wow what an amazing job she does we’ve just moved into our new flat 3 days ago and had a few minor move in issues with many emails back and forth to Andrews but as soon as we got in contact with Jennie within an hour she had sorted all of our needs arranged 3 different people to come and look at what needs fixing in the house and tracked down our parcel that was supposed to arrive yesterday, the care, speed, professionalism and kindness from her is unmatched!

Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them. Luckily for me, Brianna, Karina and Molly went out of their way to ensure that the deliveries made it safely into the property. I cannot thank them enough for being my eyes and ears and door openers.
