It has been a slightly slow process because some prospective tenants have pulled out e.g. due to changes in their circumstances. I contacted Andrews as the oven in my rented accommodation had stopped working. It was dealt with by Owen Copson, who arranged for it to be fixed very quickly and efficiently. Recently Luke took over the management of our block of flats. I have to say, I felt Andrews had not been managing the block brilliantly before, particularly given how expensive they were. But Luke has been responsive, efficient and prudent with managing our money. Lots of lingering issues are being sorted out now. Have been really pleased with him so far. A real breath of fresh air.
