GoogleAppalling. They don't answer the phone or respond to voice mails and e-mails. I've twice managed to get a viewing booked through their webchat only for them to never confirm the details by e-mail. I chase them and they never reply once again. To the people selling the house on Dongala Road with Andrews - we'd love to see it but over ten calls to Andrews later we give up. Change your estate agent.
