With so many interactions with so many estate agencies and agents, I can honestly say that Andrews and Zy in particular can not be topped! Zy reached out with a perfect property based on my needs and wishes placed with Andrews and organised a swift viewing. Zy puts you at ease immediately and we found him super helpful and completely open and honest which is comforting when you are looking for a place to rent. Could not complain and would 100% recommend.

We cannot thank the Andrews @ Bear flat team enough. After a *tumultuous* process of selling our property, the team were SO supportive, friendly and kind for the many months of dealing with us, through the highs and lows (and my many panics). GoogleAvoid this company, I've dealt with many estate agents in Bristol and never been so shocked at how incompetent the staff are. In the year and half I've had to deal with them they have twice delayed contracts due to missing paperwork which they have been given three times relating to an existing tenant who had been there 3 years. This delay essentially causes people to be homeless for a month while they obtain the same paperwork, which they have already been provided, however there was no acknowledgement or apology for this either time. They are very slow to deal with maintenance issues and sending wrong people and parts for the job, which wastes the owners money and tenants time and adds to the frustration of dealing with them. I had to wait a month to receive my deposit back and they were always trying to get more money (illegally) from tenants for early release on contracts. Whenever you speak to the staff they moan for an hour about how overworked they are and how many emails they have, wasting everyone's time, instead of actually working their way through their mountain of emails. I'm shocked at how they run and their processes in place, someone needs to report them to ombudsman. I have several emails to back all these issues up, but I'm just pleased to never have to deal with them again. Please avoid at all cost, you will only be frustrated and confused how they "run"

GoogleI had a great experience with Andrews Bishopston during the sale of our house recently. The team are responsive, professional and the right balance of reassuring and knowledgeable. In particular, Mandy K was excellent during the negotiation stage and throughout the sales process from end to end. Her valuable advice and guidance helped achieve the best possible outcome.
