GoogleSelling my house with Wheelers was a positive experience. In a difficult market, they were honest and realistic about expectations. They were also very good in terms of communication and clear over what needed doing when. Despite the spectre of Brexit the house was under offer within 3 weeks and sold within 3 1/2 months. Recommended.

Thank you Mr Russo for your review. I need to respond to this to explain this fairly. The house you wanted to view was on at £445,000. You stated quite clearly your maximum was £400,000. I stated the vendor would not accept this and had had higher offers, so there was little point viewing it, as yes it would be a waste of everyone's time, yours, mine, and the owner. I was not rude, I have the emails to prove it. Plus the vendor would be livid for wasting her time as she asked us quite rightly to vet every viewer as she had young children and had to tidy up and then take them out for each viewing. You insisted on wanting to view it. I explained my reasons for not booking in the viewing, as stated above. A good agent will always ask questions and not just agree to anyone viewing a property. We take security seriously and we not want our sellers time wasted. I was polite, not rude and I feel this review is not a reflection on my business or myself. A no to someone has to be said from time to time, this should not mean a bad review. We have superb reviews from people who have sold or bought from us.
