We were very impressed with Wheeler’s Estate Agents. We were recommended them by two different sources, so we already knew we were in great hands. From our first meeting with Jo and Kate, we felt well supported. As first-time buyers, we were naturally nervous about the process and the decisions involved, but they guided us through each step and made everything much clearer. They took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and with Kate’s help we found a house that was a great fit for us. Kate was always approachable and happy to answer questions, never pushy or impatient, and consistently kind and honest. I chose Wheelers to sell my house in Hanover last year because they specialise in this area of Brighton, as I could see from the number of Wheelers boards on the streets! They have excellent local knowledge as well as a great understanding of the current market, and gave me sound advice about valuation and helped guide me through some of the difficulties encountered in the sale process. At the start they assured me that they would do everything possible to secure the best outcome for me and they were true to their word. In particular, Kate was an absolute star - a great person to have representing your interests, particularly as I was living elsewhere and not able to be as hands-on as I would have liked. It may be a cliche, but I really cannot recommend them more highly.

Wheelers are just brilliant. I had three valuations when selling my house and Joe really stood out for his honesty, non-hard sales pitch and knowledge of Hanover houses and the area. I liked him straight away. I dealt with Kate the most and she was just wonderful through and through. She genuinely cares and chases/follows up/communicates in a way that puts you at real ease during a stressful time. This is my third time selling/buying and by far the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent. I love Joe and Kate, they are decent, wonderful humans who know their stuff.

Having bought our property in Hanover through Wheelers in 2017, we were highly impressed with the service offered via Joe and team. When it came to moving on, we had no doubt about using there service again. We feel an estate agent plays an important part in people's lives as ultimately it is their responsibility to select the right buyer which effectively influences the future journey for the vendor. There are a lot of moving parts that all have to line up perfectly, particularly with a dependant onward purchase at a critical time in our lives. Joe and Kate delivered fantastically from start to finish, with a transparent and honest, no noise approach, that made us feel very much involved and part of the process. Furthermore, as we were extremely local to their office we were able to stop by to have face to face catchups to align on all stages of the process, keeping everything running smoothly. We would also advise to take their recommendation of Healys Solicitors, as a winning combo. Outstanding teams, combined! A sincere thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for us. We are so happy in our new home and really appreciate the part you payed in our lives and making this happen for us.

I recently sold my flat through Wheelers Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Joe and Kate were professional, proactive, and genuinely great to work with. I had a few agents round before choosing, but what Joe said made the most sense. He was genuinely interested in the flat and took the time to explain the market and the pricing properly. We had a few challenges along the way, and Kate, who mainly handled the sale, was amazing! I was really impressed with how much effort she put into looking into things when issues cropped up. I always felt they had the perfect balance of being on my side as the seller while still being fair to the buyer. Their communication was consistently great. I never felt out of the loop, never had to chase, and it was clear they were doing everything they could to keep things moving. If Kate was away, Joe was fully up to date, so I always had someone who knew what was going on. Whenever I mentioned to people that I was selling, I’d get the usual comments about solicitors and estate agents being useless, and every time, I found myself saying that thankfully this wasn't the case. Mine were genuinely helpful and nice people to deal with. I’m really pleased I chose Wheelers, and if you’re reading reviews to decide who to go with, I’d definitely recommend them.

Wheelers Estate Agents have been both amazing and fantastic. We felt the engagement we received from both Joe & Kate was in a different league to the other companies we initially contacted. From the initial chat about our house sale, they took interest in what we wanted to achieve, and communication differed immensely from the standard sales chat and promises that other companies provided. Both really took the time to talk to us and gave realistic outcomes, great suggestions and feedback throughout the process. Joe has a fantastic understanding of the area and its community and provided sound advice. Kate is both fantastic and wonderful, really providing support to us through what can be a daunting process. She is an amazing communicator and incredibly hard working. She always shows such warm as a person and we felt extremely supported throughout. Estate Agents sometimes don't have a good reputation but if you're considering Wheelers, you can expect an experience and service that goes against all of that. I liked the honesty he showed towards me, his understanding of the local market and advise from the get go, I was extremely impressed. On instruction I popped the keys to the office and was greeted by both Joe and Kate. I felt in good hands. Without the professionalism I'm convinced the process would have taken longer. Kate's ability to go the extra mile meant that we were being updated as the buyer felt she could be honest and frank with Kate.
