GoogleTerrible service from start to finish with regards to property management.
Stamfords were supposed (as per contract) to check up on my property every couple of months, this failed to happen and upon the check out of the current tenements there were numerous issues.
My property had extensive refurbishment totalling over £100,000 and will need numerous work done to it to bring it back in the fashion that it was originally let out in.
I was charged £600 by Stamfords for a deep clean and removal of good from the tennent, upon doing this i still had to pay a second cleaning firm to go in again due to the sheer lack of incompetence with regards to the work carried out.
The staff are far from helpful, everytime you need to speak to someone they are always either out of the office or on another call, if you are lucky enough o speak with someone they promise you a call back which never happens.
Iv now been waiting 3 months for their property management team to sort out one last issue - which im having to pay for, however if they had done the checks as supposed to this wouldn't of happened.
all i can say is its not only me, read their over reviews, i wish i had before using them
