If you want to sell your house, make sure you use Phillips and Still! They are brilliant! Forget big name estate agent chains with hefty fees and impersonal service, these guys are the business! Chris, Richard and their team offer a truly first rate service with a personal touch. Put simply, they are the best agents we have ever come across. We sold our house and purchased through Phillips and Still and we found what should've been a hugely stressful experience, actually very smooth and stress free! They are totally professional and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. Their fees are highly competitive and the photographs of our house looked amazing! We sold our house within days of being on the market and I think that's down to the excellent sales particulars and fantastic service they offer. They are a talented team and you really feel that they care about you and your move.

Richard and Chris really went out of their way to make things go as smoothly as possible for us. We were so impressed with their service when they showed us around a property to buy that we went on to sell two properties through them - one in Hove and one in Hurstpierpoint. It’s hard to work out the point of an estate agent that doesn’t respond to enquiries. I asked for details of lease, etc by email on Thursday afternoon and received a quick response from Josh on Friday morning saying they would send them as soon as possible. The Monday afternoon I chased them up with another email. No response. Now, a week later, still no response. How rude, I shall look elsewhere.
