Phillips and Still were recommended to me, and I'm so glad I went with them! Ollie & Richard did an amazing job as my sales agent and achieved the full asking price, saw the sale through from start to finish and were very communicative and helpful throughout. They were extremely professional from the outset and had my property valued and marketed within a few days. There was email feedback after each viewing within a couple of hours which was very useful. I am so pleased I chose Philips & Still and I am delighted with their achievement and quality of service! Highly recommend!

We had a really long drawn out sale and purchase, and our mortgage offer almost ran out before we completed, but Alice got everything over the line just in time. There's no way we could have moved without her pushing everyone in the chain, including the solicitors themselves. Our moving company even cancelled at the last minute, ridiculous! But Alice was our saviour again by finding a replacement the night before we moved. Alice is a star!!

I recently sold a flat through Philips and Still. Throughout the process found them to be very knowledgeable about the local market and honest about how best to achieve the sale I was looking for. I worked primarily with Alice King, who went above and beyond to secure viewings and when the flat sold chased the sale to exchange and completion on a daily basis often updating me on her days off. We have worked with Philips and Still a couple of times now once on a flat purchase but most recently on our flat sale. They were fantastic from start to finish. Chris and Ollie have made the whole process seamless. Their communication is second to none and we felt supported and informed throughout. Alice from Phillip and still was fantastic from start to finish. They were relaxed in their approach but knew exactly what was going on and pushed hard to make the sale go smoothly and on time when needed. They were not at all salesey which I hate!! Everyone was very polite in the branch, and knew who I was when I came in to collect keys. I was able to view the house 4-5 times with builders which they were totally fine and happy to accommodate. Alice is an asset to the company and will be happy to recommend them to people in the future!

We've just come through the most protracted and stressful conveyancing process we've ever had to endure, where everything seemed to work against us. But, in terms of estate agent support it was the best we've ever had from the team, including Demi and Richard. Chris's communication style was second to none, with quick responses to emails and plenty of phone calls to keep the process moving - he was absolutely 'on it' with every twist and turn that we encountered. Friendly, helpful but honest estate agents? Oh yes, they really are. Richard Phillips and Chris Still are absolute legends and I can honestly say that without their help throughout the 9-month drama that was moving house, I think I might have lost the plot altogether. We had our flat on the market initially with another agency who turned out to be absolutely useless. I called Phillips and Still on the off-chance and Richard was absolutely convinced that he could sell the flat for £25K than the previous agency had recommended. I was slightly dubious but figured that there was nothing to lose and a couple of weeks later he was proved right and we had to cancel the planned Open Day because it had already been sold! Throughout the whole difficult, drawn-out and tedious process they both remained calm, helpful and were always happy to answer questions, no matter how often or how silly they might have seemed. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
