The Mishon Mackay team were highly professional. I’ve been renting for 25 years and this is one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had with an agent. Their onboarding process for new tenants completely removes the pain from the lettings process.

Absolute fantastic support from Mr Erdman at Mishon Mackay. I have always relied on him for honest market advise and rational valuations with context. He's a great contact and I often share his details with my peers. Thanks again

I have worked with Mishon Mackay for almost 2 years and have "recruited" 2 tenants during that time. The first tenants were found within days as were the second tenants. The transition between 1 and 2 was managed superbly with some decoration and new carpet laying required. Sidney did a great job and the whole team have been personal, helpful and prompt in response

I've been very happy with the service I have had from Maria V and the staff at Mishon Mackay, in letting my flat. I don't have any complaints. Quite a few of the one star reviews here where MM has no record of the name given look rather suspect - no actual details given, and some names look very made up. What a shame. We're all under greater stress this year, and I would encourage people posting reviews to try and be fair - it's easy to blast off, but there are usually two sides to every story.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Declan from the agency, has been an absolute gem during my flat search. He's not only professional and responsive but also empathetic. Searching for a flat can be extremely stressful, but he made the process much smoother. The properties they offer are nice but also good value, and they’re accurately described. Highly recommend, Thanks again.

We had a great experience with Mishon Mackay. Our main agent (Natasha) handling our tenancy application was very kind, attentive, and helpful at all stages of the process. And general, everyone at Mishon Mackay is very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely come back to them in the future for any property related matters.

A 5 Star Letting Agent! Throughout my years as a landlord, I have never worked with a better agent than Mishon Mackay and have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from their fantastic team. They are bright, professional and personable people who apply a consultative approach. No matter who is looking after me, they always make me feel at ease. On a number of occasions they have found me good quality tenants and, more importantly, this was completed with speed so that the financial impact was kept to an absolute minimum. I am very comfortable with the levels of checks they carry out. Equally, I have been satisfied with the way they respond to day-to-day queries and issues, property visits and repairs during the tenancies they have managed for me - and continue to do so.

Ellis gave an excellent service showing me around the property. Keep up the good work! The application process was not friendly though. Without any notification the property is let to somebody else.

Would highly recommend Mishon Mackay lettings. We have just sold our rental property but used them for 5 years and cannot fault them. Great service. We don’t live locally anymore and Mishon Mackay always went above and beyond for us when needed.

If you are wanting an estate agent who understands they are selling your home and not just in it for the commission then look no further. I cant fault the service we received from Drew and Brandon, and their colleagues. They go above and beyond to help make things as easy as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The staff is kind and prompt at all times, giving their best service in sorting out any issues related to the flat.
