I have recently sold my property via the Preston Park Mishon Mackay branch, my points of contact were Drew and Brandon, both of whom I am very happy to recommend based on my experience with them. Right from my first phone call with Drew I found the team very friendly and professional, Drew even came to value my property nice and early so I could still get to work on time and this was within a day or two of my initial phone call - 2 other agents I contacted either didn't return my calls or couldn't fit me in at a convenient time. Throughout the viewing and sale periods my emails and phone calls were always responded to on the same day and I was kept up to date on progress, feedback, and any attempts the guys had made to get people through the door - even as lockdowns came and went. Crucially the team were good at assisting my solicitor in chasing the other parties involved in the sale as and when required to ensure we were able to exchange and complete on time, this is something often overlooked and that you do not get from "do-it-yourself" online agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Where to begin! Over valued house, lied to about our buyer who turned out to be a property developed and pulled out at the last minute. Sent admin staff round to show buyers round and other agents who had never seen the property. Very poor communication overall. I was told I would get feedback about these points but nothing. I can’t see how they offer any value over a much cheaper alternative. In a word, shocking. Please call if you wish to discuss.

All in all, very good. They were friendly and helpful. I had a little trouble with my goodlord submission as a result of a technical fault but they fixed that very quickly. Communication could have been a little better/prompter about the time we could get the keys, just as we needed to book a van but they’re busy so no great drama. Would definitely recommend as one of the good ones

I have now rented out 2 properties with Mishon Mackay and I found both the pre and post let’s team fantastic. Both properties had viewing days lined up immediately upon them accepting the I instructions and both properties were let within days of the initial viewings. Our 1st property has now been with them for a few months and the maintenance team are fantastic, communications and quick, clear and concise and they have sorted out all and any issues quickly and efficiently.
