I dealt with the administration staff. They never returned phone calls, or emails despite saying they would - even when I followed up diligently. They never did what they said they were going to do. Would never do business with this organisation. I found them to be highly unprofessional and would encourage others to avoid dealing with them.

We work on behalf of Graves Son & Pilcher carrying out Compliant Building Works to the properties they Manage, Always relatively straight forward dealing with all of the staff at GSP, But recently the Girls in the Accounts Department have been great, Debi in particular, Has been really helpful, Nothing is ever too much trouble, Thankyou :-)
