GoogleI have been renting with Graves for a few years now and they are the best out there in Brighton and Hove. I have rented with a few companies before and have not had the same kind of service. Tracey Groves and Matthew are amazing and they are aways on hand for any problems or help that you need. Their response time is so fast to fix any issues that arise and the relationship that has been built with them would mean I wouldn't want to rent with anyone else. Graves Son & Pilcher is one of the most professional companies I have ever come across. Established for an extremely long time, the level of skill and experience of every single member of staff is just outstanding. From the first time of dealing with GSP in 2005, I instantly knew how experienced and trustworthy every individual at this company is. Everyone is so helpful. On a professional level, everyone is highly skilled and experienced - and consistent at all times. Things are being dealt with swiftly, professionally and accurately at every point. I fully trust all the team and have great respect for the vast knowledge. On a personal level, the whole team at Graves Son & Pilcher consists of absolutely wonderful people. GoogleWe are a commercial cleaning company, PGS Property Services Ltd, and have been contracted to Graves Son & Pilcher for some years, all the staff are very friendly and efficient and the accounts dept is very prompt in paying our invoices, our main points of contact are Anna, David, Barney, Matthew and on the sales side Andy & Jan, a really professional group, as are no doubt all the staff at GSP! GoogleI have rented a flat from Graves for 7 years now in Hove. They have always treated me with respect which as a long standing renter I have not experienced very often elsewhere. Rent rises have been infrequent and reasonable with good communication. They have agreed to make improvements to my flat as well as being responsive to repair requests. GoogleI have found these people to be utterly useless. They have the myopic, short-term, objective, of profit maximisation. I asked them to do some minor repairs on the outside of the property (leasehold). They are legally responsible for this work. I gave up waiting and did it myself. People without principles.

GoogleGSP have been supporting us at Hove Manor for many years. We have always found them to be outstanding - helpful, efficient and friendly. The team members that support us have changed on occasion but the level of service does not diminish. Right now we are being looked after by Samantha and Serena and we would recommend them, and GSP, unreservedly to anyone looking for help managing their property.

GoogleAs a contractor who has now worked for Graves, Son and Pilcher for over ten years I would say they are the most professional property agent I deal with in the Brighton area. Staff are always helpful and professional and the accounting department always pay me correctly and on time! (unlike several others..) I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any potential landlord.

GoogleI've rented property through graves son & Pilcher for over 3 years and my property manager is Anna Patton.. They have looked after me when problems have occurred and Anna in particular has always been friendly, approachable and very efficient in her dealings with me, which makes life so much easier. GoogleA really fantastic, friendly and efficient letting agents! They were incredibly helpful when I needed to move quickly from my previous property and have continued to be brilliant ever since. After reporting some issues in my bathroom, they had a plumber contact me that very day and sorted the issue very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone :)

These guys have been our management agency for at least the 6 years. The last couple of years they have been absolutely rubbish at replying to voicemails or emails. You can leave 5-10 messages without reply.
