GoogleAs a property owner using C&W for a managed rental service I can honestly say that in my personal experience the service has been absolutely terrible. I have constantly had my tenants calling me directly asking for help to deal with C&W to have basic maintenance issues sorted in a timely manner. I personally would not use them again.
I will add that I have had dealings with them on the sale side and that they were very good but the rental service is another story.
