I called this office today as I rent of their properties to ask for help as my boiler is not working properly and I have no heating and hot water when is 6 degrees outside. The first lady on the phone referred me to the property management team and mentioned I would not need to worry about it as this is something they can fix and if any issue the landlord is liable of any extra cost. However, when I spoke to the property management team they said this is something I have ti manually fix myself or call a specialist as this is my responsibility. I don’t feel comfortable about manipulating the cables that lead to the boiler so will have to call a specialist to get it fixed and pay for it myself. This Estate Agent is often unreliable, I first realised when I rented the property and seen that hadn’t profesionally been cleaned which it was also listed in the inventory. In this ocassion I emailed them and said that as stated in the inventory the property was not professionally cleaned therefore I would not hire any service when finishing my tenancy, to which they said that they had made a mistake in the inventory and it was indeed professionally cleaned, clearly not true. i had a lovely first viewing of the property and the lady was lovely. The moment I made the offer the treatment dramatically changed. Do not rent with them, terrible customer service and not helpful at all when you most need them

Recently rented our property using Cubitt & West Brighton. Sam, the lettings manager, was super friendly and helpful. The marketing material was a far higher standard than any of the competitors. The property went on the market within a couple of hours of Sam's visit and was let on the first day of viewings.
