We can’t thank Mi-Move enough for all their hard work during our sale, it was a complete rollercoaster from start to finish, but Ashley and Shelley were absolutely incredible throughout. Ashley and Shelley were always so polite, friendly, and easy to talk to, which really helped during what can be a very overwhelming process. Ashley has been absolutely brilliant with the process of renting our flat. Communication has been excellent from start to finish - and even after we have moved in, he is always around to answer any questions - however small. All the paperwork and checks were done quickly and efficiently (on the same day!) and we were given updates and reassurances throughout the process. There is definitely a different "feel" with Mi-Move compared to the usual big letting agencies and you really feel personally looked after. Ashley is also a very nice, easy to talk to, and approachable man. Thanks Ashley and Mi-Move for all your help. If you're looking to rent/let/sell then I'd definitely give Mi-Move a call!

Very bad contact , 10 months we are living with garage roof leaking, with the owners rubbish in the garden and without dining room because the agency don’t want to solve the leaks problem and we need to keep most of the stuff in the dining room! Ashley is very arrogant and manipulative person! Keep away from them!

I've bought and had offers accepted through Mi-Move over the last 6 years and have to say I don't understand the lower star reviews! Ashley is a trustworthy, fair, no-nonsense individual who will give you honest advice and information. He has heaps of experience in the industry and his team are quick to help. I will keep using Ashley and Co and can absolutely recommend them above other large local agents who are only interested in hitting targets and £££.

So they took a holding deposit kept it for 5 days. At the end refunded it saying the landlord had a other offer your bank statements were not enough even though i gave them my husbands business bank statements which were quite a big amount and proved that we can afford the rent and also provided a guarantor but no its all about the money who offers more. Ashley was stuck on my personal bank statement i knew at that moment when he said they had an another offer he just wants to get rid off us. What a waste of time. And they never repy to ur emails.

Saw a property we wanted to view - unfortunately I called Mi move and got a message saying the 'office was closed'. (It was 9.30am on a weekday.) Emailed instead, Ashley asked for a number which was provided but he never bothered to call. Almost feel sorry for the landlords they represent. Given the reviews and my personal objection to lining the pockets of scumbags I think we'll pass on any of their properties...

The 'manager', Ashley Gray is a highly manipulative individual. My doubts were raised on first meeting him but they do say you shouldn't read a book by its cover so, to my regret, I let my initial impressions go. In short he claimed his failure to protect my security deposit was due to personal issues (a 'victim' response typical of unscrupulous and unprofessional people) he then attempted to con me into accepting an out of court settlement, but not before attempting to convince me I had done something wrong. I was legally advised to stop all contact with him and he was sent a letter from my solicitor which also advised him to only respond to them. Despite this he still attempted to bribe me with a 'conditional' offer - the condition being that I reject my Solicitor and go down his dodgy, unethical and dishonest route instead. I immediately informed my solicitor about this and forwarded Ashleys' email to him. A counter offer to his settlement amount was made (of almost the same amount) but through the more trustworthy, legal and honest route. It has been over 2 weeks now and guess what, not a word........ If you want to be ripped off by a small, greasy man wearing a cheap out of date suit who struts around in the delusion that he is a professional and respected man then please ignore everything I have just said.

From start to finish they've always been easy to contact, very responsive to our enquiries, and highly proactive in keeping things moving during the sale of our property (which are all the things you want). They were extremely 'straight forward' to deal with and offer very good value for money. We dealt primarily with Clare Rudd, who has been particularly amazing throughout (even helping with a misdirected parcel delivery, several weeks after our move, which is way above and beyond!). Thank you to Ashley and the whole team for getting us moved!

I enquired about a property by email and I eventually received a call to arrange a viewing. They never called back to confirm (the house is still in the market) and they don't answer the phone. Big red flag here. If they do this at this stage I can't imagine what it would be like to get something repaired.

I would like to recommend Mi-Move estate agents for their exceptional hard work and the outstanding customer service that i received in helping my family rent a property. My situation was in no means ideal (in my eyes) but they made me feel so welcome, that i wasn't alone and helped me throughout the process step by step. I personally dealt with Ashley & Catherine (a formidable duo) and Louise who were all friendly, kind, efficient, good negotiators and provided an exemplary service. I cant thank them enough for what they did to help me and nothing was too much to ask. very poor service and family members working in the office and do NOT recommend this agents as they are untrustworthy and provide very poor service. They are only interested in your money. TO THE AGENTS FURTHER to my review, I only asked you to continue with the rent collect only as I already paid your company full year's legal costs insurance premiums plus your full years fees. why should I have to pay another insurance company for legal costs insurance again and why should I have to pay another agents fees when I already paid your fees at the start of the tenancy? I find it very,very odd that AFTER I put in my review, people have come out to write good review about your company??????????? If they found your service so good, why didn't they write a review BEFORE I wrote mine?????????? As I said your company is only interested in taking customers money in exchange for poor service.
