GoogleWe cannot fault the service at Whitlock and Heaps. We have been dealing with Jack over the last few months and nothing has been too much trouble, he has been so helpful and informative. He has helped us immensely in our journey. He was recommended to us by a friend and I would without a doubt recommend Whitlock and Heaps to anyone looking for a genuine estate agent.

GoogleJack and the rest of the team did an excellent job in renting out our property for over 5 years. From finding good tenants to dealing with any maintenance issues, they were very responsive and quick, making our life much easier. When we've decided to sell the property, Jack guided us through the process with constant advice and updates, provided us feedback from viewings, and answered quickly to any enquiries until the sale completion. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI've rented over 10 properties in the last 12 years in Brighton (the woes of renting in a city) and rented from multiple different estate agents including the largest chain agents in the city. Whitlock & Heaps are by far and away the best agent that we have ever rented from, without a doubt. The staff are all super friendly, super supportive and anything that you need fixed will be attended to immediately. They take really good care of their properties and tenants, and don't try to screw you out of any money when returning your deposit (ive got the full deposit returned twice now! Almost unheard of in Brighton...) I would 100% recommend this agent, and should I return to Brighton will without doubt contact W&H for anything property related. They deserve more recognition for their great service. 10/10

GoogleGreat, family run letting agents who stand out from the crowd in Hove as being genuinely pleasant to deal with. In my 20 years renting in Brighton and Hove they are hands down the best I've come across. Would totally recommend if you want to rent from an agent's who are responsive, helpful and flexible rather than the usual experience of renting in Brighton and Hove. Well done W&H.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter buying through Whitlock and Heaps a few years ago and finding them very friendly and helpful, when we decided to move we went straight back to them. They have been brilliant during the sale of our house, such a lovely friendly team, a pleasure to communicate with. When we had our purchase fall through they kept our buyers reassured and chased solicitors on our behalf when we found another property helping everything to go through nice and quickly. Highly recommended for an honest, friendly service. Thanks!

GoogleHead and shoulders above most of the other agencies in Hove. Have used a couple of others over the years and these are the only one I have ever recommended to others. Small, family run business so you don't get saturday staff with zero knowledge / interest showing people your property. We sold though them, they managed the process fantastically - now other neighbours and friends are all using them and saying the same

GoogleWhitlock and Heaps are a wonderful, professional Estate Agents who have recently sold our home in Brighton. They were superb at marketing our property, found a range of potential buyers and worked closely with us to ensure a smooth sale that satisfied all of our needs! We would definitely recommend (and have already done so to friends considering moving house) as Jack and his colleagues were a pleasure to work with.

GoogleJack at Whitlock & Heaps - a terrific family run business - found us a buyer in the midst of a global pandemic in a single morning. His knowledge of the market is outstanding, as was his tenacity in our particular case in juggling a variety of often competing interests including three sets of solicitors, a French mortgage broker, and beyond. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have recently been trying to complete the purchase of a property listed by Whitlock and Heaps. Jack who works there has been amazing and has actually helped us get the sale completed even when we were having difficulties with the solicitors. We will be looking to use him in future and definitely recommend. Josh.
