Used many different estate agents before and by far the most professional and friendly I have ever used.

I have rent a property from Lawton and Dawe for 3 years now, and never ever we had any issue with them, always trying to sort problems as fast as they can, good communication, cheap, very nice staff. Very reliable! Would recommend to any one I know.

10/10 would recommend. We got great service with L&D - they were on hand to answer all our questions and really went above and beyond. Didi and Pippa took great care to help us find the right tenants for our property and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

Friendly, professional, and on the case. It's always a bit stressful moving home so it makes it a lot easier having an agent that is so easy to work with. The team at Lawton & Dawe have been friendly and professional throughout the process of moving and have been quick to respond to and resolve any issues I've had since. Highly recommended.

Having had experience with other agents in the past, I can appreciate how good Lawton & Dawe really are. I'm not only pleased with the tenants they found and smooth-running of the whole process, but it has been great to have confidence in their advice, their knowledge of legalities, as well as their efficiency in carrying out what they promise in a friendly and professional way. Great work! In my experience, 5 stars well deserved!

Pippa is personable and really cares about her Landlords and Tenants. This is a Company that remains independent and has really looked after my properties. Would highly recommend.

Wonderfully friendly team that not only manage our (Off The Fence) properties brilliantly but get involved in all the fundraising events we create. If you are looking for a management letting agency look no further.

I have to say after renting with other agencies in Brighton and Hove, Lawton & Dawe are outstanding in terms of good service. They are always helpful with any issue that appear in the house, and they contact the landlord and resolve the problems very quickly. They are also a pet friendly agency that makes them extra special for families with pets. I would recommend them for families that are looking for well-maintained homes.

As a landlord I had a bad experience with a letting agency and switched to Lawton & Dawe, who came highly recommended. I wasn't disappointed, in fact I was pleasantly surprised. Their service is comprehensive, professional, efficient and great value for money. Having experienced the worst it's a nice feeling to know that I now have the best acting on my behalf -- I can't recommend them highly enough.
