GoogleJack came highly reccommended to us and having dealt with other estate agents for our property, he was very polite and enthusiastic about dealing with our sale. He put the house up on the market on the 18th May, did an open day viewing for us on the 23rd May. We had 4 offers by the 24th and we sold on the 25th May. Previously with two other estate agents, we had not even had one viewing. He worked exremely hard for us and we completed the sale on the 30th June, 5 weeks later. I cannot be more complimentary about his service to us, his agency and Jack himself personally. They took on the selling of our property after a large estate agency had disappointed me with their customer service so I moved over to Jack Taggart and co. Jack from the outset was honest, open and professional and guided me through the daunting process of being a first time seller. Jack had two offers on our property the first weekend of viewings under him as he only booked quality and serious viewers. He was always available on the phone if I had any questions throughout the process. Phoebe offered excellent customer service and humour throughout and went over and above what we pay them to do. I have recommended Jack Taggart and co to friends looking to sell since and have also encouraged my sister to buy a property through them. I will only ever use this estate agency in the future as they actually care about you, your family and your situation in what can be a very stressful time. I have had the pleasure of dealing with him at his previous Estate Agent and this is the first time I have dealt with him since opening Jack Taggart & Co. I cannot recommend him enough. His charm, charisma and enthusiasm for the job makes him a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. GoogleJack very successfully sold a flat for me when he was still working for another estate agent a few years ago. He did such an outstanding job back then that I needed to track him down for the sale of my last flat in Hove. I was very happy to see that he had set up his own business and to say I wasn't disappointed is an understatement. As with the previous sale, he did a fantastic job and ended up selling a flat that other estate agents had failed to sell. He delivered what he promised 100% and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have since moved to Worthing but sincerely hope he will be opening an office here some time soon and have no doubt it will be a huge success!

GoogleI am really appreciated Jack made an enormous effort to sell my house in Brighton. His hospitality and customer care gain my full scores. The sale was not straight forward but he handled it professionally. When the first buyer pulled out, he could quickly find a second buyer who actually paid much more than the first one. I am 100 % sure Jack is the right guy to deal with buying and selling properties. Wish him luck to set up his own business.

GoogleI'd 100% recommend Jack Taggart for selling a shared ownership flat in Brighton. This small team of estate agents were super communicative, and Jack had limitless enthusiasm and drive to get our flat sold. All emails and calls were answered promptly and it really felt like the team went above and beyond to keep everything moving forwards. We opted for the cheaper 'online only' package as we were both working from home at the time so available to carry out viewings. This saved us money in the short term, but probably cost us by slowing the selling process as we were a bit shy - wheres as Jack is a talented and genuine sales person. On his initial visit to our flat, Jack was so passionate about the selling points of our home that we were almost tempted to stay there! The photography arranged by Jack was flawless, and the photographer himself was a lovely young man who was very conscientious and the photo's turned out better than we could have dreamed. If only all agents were this good!

Jack and his team have the ability to self-generate sales from absolutely nothing. This has been proven by them selling many properties, previously listed/gone stale with other agents! Some of them had been marketed for nearly a year and then they have changed to Jack and a buyer has been found! We love working with Jack and can say with 100% confidence he will sell your home and is the type of agent you need in this current market. Someone who has the drive and of course the great marketing to deliver results!
